Administration.
The owner of the school is the Director. The Management Board is headed by a chairman who is also the School Manager. The chairman is assisted by 4 School Committee Members. The Committee Members need to be strong because they are also in charge of other Departments, i.e.
There is a committee member in charge of Academy Affairs. He handles all matters concerning education. He reports to the Chairman and Director.
There is a committee member in charge of Discipline. He gets vital information from the Head teacher, Deputy Headmaster, pupils, parents, etc. He reports to the Chairman and Director.
There is a committee member in charge of Children's Welfare. He exhumes the information from the teaching and non-teaching staff. He ensures that the children eat good food and interact well and to oversee that they are happy in the school. He reports to the Chairman and Director.
There is a committee member in charge of Guidance and Counseling. She gets help from the Guidance and Counselling Department. She reports to the Chairman and Director.
DIRECTOR
The Director of the School is Mangi Anderson Yaa. He provides all of the facilities and amenities to the school. He makes sure that the children from poor families and the orphans get an education. He is assisted by the Chairman in the running of the school. He is responsible for employing good quality staff (after getting recommendations from the Headmaster).
